By accessing and using Home Inspection Vault, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this service.

Home Inspection Vault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use the service in violation of any applicable laws

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain full ownership of all inspection reports, photos, and other content you create or upload to Home Inspection Vault. By uploading content, you grant us the right to store, back up, and transmit your content to enable the service.

Your recovery phrase is your sole means of accessing your encrypted data. You are entirely responsible for keeping it secure. We do not store it and cannot recover it if lost. Loss of your recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your encrypted content.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The full warranty disclaimer is being finalized with counsel and will appear here in the reviewed version of these Terms.

The limitation of liability, meaning what we are and are not liable for and any cap on it, is being finalized with counsel and will appear here in the reviewed version of these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Inspection Vault from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Home Inspection Vault may suspend or terminate your account for conduct that violates these Terms or endangers the service or other users. The notice and cure terms that apply are being finalized with counsel and will appear here in the reviewed version of these Terms.

The governing law and the forum for resolving disputes are being finalized with counsel and will appear here in the reviewed version of these Terms.
